Returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, beauty products, and personal care items once opened.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
• Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
• Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@shoptheglobes.com with:

• Order number
• Product photos
• Description of the issue

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a return request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was delivered.
